Hello! Thanks for visiting the Client Testimonial section of my web-site. Customer service and client care are extremely important before, during, and after every transaction I handle. I ensure there is continuous, constant communication. During an initial needs analysis, I learn what type of communication the client prefers (e.g., telephone calls, e-mail, fax, etc.). I work at the client's pace. Once a transaction is in the contract phase, I provide the client with a very detailed timeline of each contractual task to be complete and when it is due. I attend all of my building inspections as well as closings. I ensure each Client has representation at every phase of the real estate process. |
